Shipping and handling
All cards containing registration and subscription codes are brand new and never scratched in order to ensure your code is valid and never used.
We use USPS Priority Mail (Domestic or International) for the delivery of the factory sealed boxes.
Another option "Other (see description)": in most cases local pickup is available, also we can do economy delivery - you have to contact us and check its possibility beforehand!

How to activate your registration key
For players new to any of the SOE game:
Launch your game by double-clicking the'EverQuest II' desktop icon.
Click the New Account button.
Enter your registration information in the form provided.
On the billing screen, select "Use Game Card" as the method of payment.
Enter your Game Card number and click Submit.
Connect and play!
For existing SOE players:
Launch your game.
Click the My Account button.
Click the Cancel Subscription button. This does not delete your characters, but cancels the recurring subscription billing to your credit card.
After you receive the confirmation message that the account has been cancelled, click the Edit Subscriptions button. You can only continue once your existing subscription has expired.
On the billing screen, select "Use Game Card" as the method of payment.
Enter your Game Card Number and click Submit.
Connect and play!
When your SOE Game Card subscription expires, you will be alerted the next time you log into your game.
