Shipping to the Continental U.S. is FREE!
Orders typically leave our warehouse within 24 business hours after payment has cleared. Transit time depends on many factors, but orders typically arrive between 4-7 business days. Expedited shipping is available to all U.S. customers.
Shipping to Canada is $3.95
Transit times to Canada are heavily dependent on customs volume, but typically arrive between 7-14 business days. (10-21 days if you reside in a rural extended-delivery zone) Your order will be shipped via USPS/Canada Post. Heavy/oversize items are shipped via UPS. As with all cross-border sales, you may have to pay customs duties/fees upon receipt. However these fees will be minimized for you using our chosen shipping methods. Expedited shipping is available to all Canadian customers.
Shipping to everywhere else is $3.95
Transit times to the rest of the world are heavily dependent on the country & customs volume, but typically arrive between 10-21 business days. (14-28 days if you reside in a rural extended-delivery zone) Your order will be shipped via USPS/Canada Post. Heavy/oversize items are shipped via UPS. As with all cross-border sales, you may have to pay customs duties/fees upon receipt. However these fees will be minimized for you using our chosen shipping methods. Expedited shipping is available to all international customers.
A one dollar handling fee is applied to orders shipped outside the Continental U.S.
Please keep in mind that we charge actual, or in many cases below-actual shipping charges. This $1 flat fee covers the additional handling required to process international orders. It is charged only once per order, no matter how many items are purchased.
Insurance: Unlike other sellers, we do not require that insurance be purchased. It is however recommended that you insure your order. We use UPIC as our licensed insurance providor. Insurance covers anything and everything which may happen, including loss, theft, DOA's, and shipping damage, and even delivery errors. Insurance cost varies depending on the order total and is calculated at checkout
APO's, Hawaii & Alaska: We do ship to APO's & FPO's, Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, The Virgin Islands, and all U.S. Territories. For these destinations, the shipping price is the same as to Canada. Tax applies only for shipments to California.
