The perfect Christmas gifts or stocking stuffers for the Nintendo fan! This lot includes ten classic games for the original Nintendo gaming system.
Games are Pre-Owned and have some wear from use and handling. The games have been tested and work.

Shipping Handling within the Continental United States
will be $6.00.

Questions and Auction Invoices recieved on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will replied to on the following Monday.
Items paid for on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the following week.

Due to shipping regulations, some restrictions may apply.
If you do not agree with our shipping and handling fees, then please do not bid!
* Domestic Shipping:
Will be mostly done through FedEx within three days of cleared payment. Shipping estimates include an estimated shipping charge, $2.00 handling fee and insurance.
* International Shipping
Plus shipping to Hawaii, Alaska U.S. Territories:
Will be done through USPS Airmail Post (Economy/Ground shipment is not available) within five days of cleared playment (shipping days are Wednesdays and Fridays). Shipping estimates include an estimated shipping charge, $3.00 handling fee and insurance. Residents living in these areas - please email us with your postal code and country, so we can give you an estimate shipping cost.
Sorry, we cannot ship to Mexico, Norway, India, Israel, Saudi Arabia, Vietnam, the Philippines, Maldives, Chile, the Czech Republic or Afghanistan due to restrictions on shipping insurance.
Shipping Internationally will result in Custom Brokerage fees which you will be responsible for. We cannot label any packages as "Gift" nor falsify the actual cost of the product.
Combined Shipping will be done only for items ending within five days of each other. If you do intend to combine the shipping on your items, please contact us for a shipping estimate.
RETURNS
Please! Thoroughly test your item promptly upon receipt! We will not accept returns or give refunds (partial or full) after the 10 day period.
We accept returns only if the item was not as described in the auction. Buyer must contact us within three days of receipt, and return the item within ten days of receipt. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges (and eBay/Paypal fees, if applicable). No returns on items listed as-is or items that have been modified (repaired or otherwise) in any way without our knowledge. We do our best to present accurate, detailed information about every item we sell.
Do not hesitate to contact us! If there is any kind of concern or problem with an item, please contact us before leaving negative feedback or opening a dispute. We will do everything we can to resolve the situation.
We are not liable for items that get lost during shipment. Please check your e-mail (as well as your spam folders) for tracking numbers, which can be tracked at FedEx.com or USPS.com. Or, if you suspect your item is lost in shipment, please contact your local FedEx branch or Post Office as they may be able to help.
We strongly recommend that customers do not open their own FedEx/USPS insurance claim.
If you need to open a claim for a lost or broken item - contact us first. Insurance claims are a lengthy process and can only be opened 21 - 30 days after shipping date. After this step is taken, a settlement must be reached by the Post Office (which can be another undeterminable length of time). If the settlement is granted to us, you will receive your refund (the settlement) shortly thereafter.
Items in working condition have no warranty (offered or implied). Most Items in auctions are "pre-owned" and are sold "as-is" without warranty or guarantee unless covered by original manufacturer.
MISC. AUCTION INFO
Power tools and other items that are sold with rechargeable batteries . . . all batteries and their chargers have not been thoroughly tested and are being sold as-is. No returns are allowed for these items just because the battery or charger may be non-functional.
Bidders with zero feedback - please e-mail us for permission to bid on auctions. Bidders with low or zero feedback may have their bid canceled at any time for any reason.
To contact us, simply use eBay's messaging system. Click on the "Ask Seller a Question" link under our user name near the top, right hand side of the page (under "Meet the Seller"). Messages sent on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will not be replied to until Monday.
Some items may need re-assembly upon receiving.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
PAYMENT
7.8% Sales Tax is required for each item you win in auction.
This is not an option.
